Delays caused by the client are not the responsibility of StartWebSEO.
While StartWebSEO follows best practices, SEO results cannot be guaranteed due to:

Competition
Website changes not made by StartWebSEO
Market conditions
We aim for the best possible outcomes, but no fixed ranking guarantee can be legally provided.
All content, graphics, branding, and material on the StartWebSEO website are our property
Clients retain ownership of their business content
SEO reports, strategies, and documents shared by StartWebSEO cannot be copied, sold, or distributed without our permission
We respect our clients’ privacy. All data shared with StartWebSEO is kept confidential and used only for service purposes.
Client information is never shared with third parties except:

If required by law

Loss of revenue or profits
Website downtime caused by third parties
Damages resulting from client-side changes
SEO rankings dropping due to algorithm updates

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount the client paid for the service.

Payments are not made

The client engages in unethical or illegal activities
Clients may also terminate services with written notice (terms will be stated in the contract).
